If you find that a Pretty Pool product is faulty, your item must be returned unwashed, unworn and in it's original condition (this includes all original tags, and packaging still intact). Once we have checked over your returned item and are happy with its condition, we will then exchange your item for a new one / the correct size or provide you with an Pretty Pool store credit. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to you. Any return postage to the Pretty Pool head office, will be at the expense of the customer.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us soon as possible so we can get your new swimsuits on the way. The item/s must be returned to Pretty Pool via Post within 7 days of the date you receive your package.
All sale items are final.
If you are unsure about the sizing of any Pretty Pool product, please contact us so we can ensure your best fit. Our sizes run true to size due to the firmness of the recycled polyester. If you border on two sizes, we recommend going one size up.
Although we aim to ensure all products are the same prior to dispatch, Pretty Pool products are made by hand and prints placement may vary as each piece is unique. If you find that an item is faulty please notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery.
